We have been established for over fifty years and have three partners.
We are perfectly located on the edge of Trafford Park and 5 Minutes from Manchester City Centre we have ample car parking so that you can drive up and park with ease. From our offices you can see both Manchester United and Lancashire County Cricket Club grounds.

Partner Profiles
Michael Dunham - Chairman
Having qualified in 1957, Michael represented independent accountancy practices in the Greater Manchester area for many years as a member of the General Practitioner Panel at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He holds several non-executive directorships and is the President of Manchester Building Society having been Chairman for many years. These appointments provide a useful overview of current commercial activity in the region.
Michael is married with two grown up children and is the son of Thomas F Dunham, the original founder of the practice.
A keen ex-sportsman, he played lacrosse at a senior level for many years followed by being actively involved in promoting the game.

Paul O’Brien – Managing Partner
Paul is married with two children. He trained with Ernst & Young, in their Liverpool office, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. After a brief spell working in Australia, he returned to the UK and joined an independent practice of Chartered Accountants. Paul qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1992 and is also an Associate of the Personal Finance Society.
Paul has a wealth of practical experience and specialises in providing tax planning and financial advice to both owner-managed businesses and personal clients. He also has particular expertise in both pensions and investment matters. Because of his background, Paul has been appointed to lead the Taxation and Financial Services departments of the practice.

Andrew Edwards – Partner
I'm a qualified certified accountant married with two children and a follower of Bolton Wanderers (would have said keen sportsman but I don't think that fits when following Bolton)
I have worked in practice since leaving school 1981 and have worked at every level within the industry my very first role was an office junior and over the years I have gradually progressed through to Partner. I believe this has put me in a very unique position I have a breadth of knowledge of how business function and more importantly can quickly identify what is stopping business's functioning.
My primary role TFD Dunhams is support for the Small medium enterprises on a day to day basis, you will find that I am an approachable person who understands the issues faced on a daily basis by business and will advise on the most suitable solution.
